He’ll describe how he experienced God’s protection in some of the world’s most dangerous places and how those moments shaped his faith.

TIM ANDERSON

“LIFE of an ADDICT”

My Journey to Freedom

LIVE VIDEO RECORDING

6:30 PM - February 4, 2026

Bixler Chapel

Madison Church of Christ - Madison, TN

Don’t miss this powerful guest appearance from Tim Anderson, who shares a raw, faith-filled testimony of brokenness, redemption, and the relentless grace of God.

From a young age, Tim wrestled with deep feelings of rejection, low self-worth, and hopelessness—pain that eventually led him down a devastating path of addiction to heroin, methamphetamine, pain medications, and alcohol. Even while serving in Christian ministry, his battle intensified, marked by near-death experiences, a blood test revealing life-threatening drug levels, and moments of suicidal despair.

At his lowest point, Tim began hearing God’s voice—leading to a life-altering encounter with Jesus that shattered the chains of addiction and sparked a powerful spiritual awakening.

But his story doesn’t stop there. Freedom was a journey, not an instant fix. Through rehab, relapse, and healing from deep childhood trauma, Tim confronted what he calls the “three monsters”: shame, guilt, and condemnation—and discovered the true depth of God’s restoring love.

Today, Tim boldly encourages others to let go of the past, embrace God’s purpose, and trust in His power to transform any life.

This is a story of hope you won’t want to miss.
