REX & BRENDA MORGAN

"Living on a Mission"

LIVE VIDEO RECORDING

6:30 PM - September 4, 2024

Bixler Chapel - Madison Church of Christ

Madison, TN

"Living on a mission for Jesus has been the central theme of our lives. God has called us to step through many doors by faith despite circumstances, challenges, and cultural differences with those we have been called to serve. I firmly believe that living on mission is not just for 'missionaries'; it is a universal role that we all share, to spread the message of Jesus to the ends of the earth by every means possible."

Rex and Brenda's journey began by sharing Jesus in high school and the workplace and continued in Papua New Guinea and with Latin Americans. For many years, Rex has been a pioneer in using media creatively to spread the Good News of Jesus. Hear the story of this inspiring missionary couple on the next Stories of Amazing Grace.

Dr. RUBEL SHELLY

"A Conversation about LGBTQ+ Topics"

INTERNET PREMIERE

6:30 PM - September 4, 2024

Facebook and YouTube

Rubel's appearance will focus on two books released within the past year -- Male and Female God Created Them and The Ink Is Dry. Both books defend the historic and orthodox view of Judaism and Christianity on same-sex relationships. Rubel will summarize that view and deal with questions raised by revisionist interpreters.

Rubel has spent his adult life in Christ-centered ministry through preaching, teaching at graduate and undergraduate levels, and writing. His commitment is to a non-sectarian presentation of the gospel.
Dr. Shelly has a B.A. from Harding University, an M.A. and M.Th. from Harding Graduate School of Religion, and an M.A. and Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University.
